Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered
If the agreed-upon telemarketing campaign has not begun and you request cancellation within 3 business days of payment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Non-Performance
If we fail to initiate the campaign or deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in the signed service agreement, and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the services delivered.
- Technical Failures (On Our Side)
If the campaign is severely disrupted due to technical issues on our end (e.g. dialer system failure, major data loss) and we are unable to resume within 7 business days, you may request a refund or credit toward future services.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with campaign results not due to our service quality (e.g. low sales, low conversion rates if script/data was client-provided).
- Cancellation after services have already been rendered or leads generated.
- Failure to provide timely feedback, approval, or materials required for campaign launch.
- Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data or scripts.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to admin@amanisolutionsllc.com within 14 days of the issue.
- Include your campaign name, service agreement ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
